HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

What goes on behind the scenes over the coming year will affect you in unexpected ways, so stay loose and be ready to react to changes that come at you out of the blue. There will be opportunities to use those changes for your own financial benefit.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Whatever promises you may have made to partners and loved ones over the past few weeks you must make sure you can deliver on them over the next few days. If you keep delaying things they may start believing those promises were always empty.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

You may not be as free to come and go as you would like this weekend but maybe that’s a good thing. There are a number of loose ends that still need to be wrapped up, so focus on those and reward yourself for it later on.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

Keep things simple and don’t let others persuade you to get involved in activities that, from your point of view, are utterly meaningless. Make use of the sun’s last few days in the most dynamic area of your chart to focus on what matters to you.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Mars in your sign endows you with confidence and courage and you must use it this weekend to make sure you get your way in one-to-one situations. You don’t have to be overly aggressive but you do have to be assertive. Make your will known.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Don’t ask questions that you fear will throw up answers you probably won’t like. This is one of those occasions when you will be happier if you are kept in the dark about the whys and wherefores about what’s going on. Ignorance can be bliss.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

The pace of life will increase considerably over the next 48 hours, so don’t take on more work than you can comfortably handle. That applies to your social life as well – you are under no obligation to be the life and soul of the party.

Missed one of your horoscopes? Here are the most recent days’ forecasts

The past few weeks have brought many changes, most of which worked in your favour. The sun may be coming to the end of its journey through your sign but there is still time to do something special, something you can look back on with pride.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

If you get the chance to slow down and catch your breath this weekend you must take it, because next week will bring new challenges and new opportunities and you will want to be ready for them both physically and mentally. Take a well-deserved break.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

Set aside some time to think about the way your life is going and what changes you need to make in the future. Lock the door, draw the curtains and get in touch with the deepest part of your mind, the part that knows all the answers.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

There have been some bruising encounters over the past few weeks and while you no doubt won more often than you lost you need to remind yourself that you don’t have to fight over everything. Co-operation will work better for you this weekend.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Put on a good show this weekend because the eyes of the world will be on you. The best way to make an impression is to be yourself and let employers and colleagues see that no matter what challenges arise you have the confidence to tackle them all.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

You may be inclined to take a risk or two this weekend but if you are smart you will curb your enthusiasm and wait until the sun moves in your favour on Tuesday. Ignore those who say you should make your move now, because they are wrong.
