The drizzles to moderate rains fell on Al Shawamekh, southern Madinat Zayed and Musaffah in Abu Dhabi, Ghayathi, northern Hameem, Sila, Tarfa, southern Madinat Zayed, Bu Hasa, southern Mukhariz, northwestern Asab, Al Ghuwaifat, Ras Musherib, Mleisa and western Habshan in Al Dhafra Region and Al Dhaher, Al Khazna, Sweihan, Al Qattara, Nahel and Al Hili in Al Ain.
The highest temperature of 37.4 degrees Celsius was recorded in Um Azimul in Al Ain at 14:45am.
Friday’s weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy at times but will be humid at night and on Saturday morning with a chance of fog or light fog over some coastal and inland areas, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
Light to moderate northwesterly winds will blow, turning to active at times at 10 to 25 and up to 35 km/h, while the sea will have moderate to regular waves in the Arabian Gulf and regular waves in the Sea of Oman.
Saturday’s weather will be clear to partly cloudy at times with low clouds appearing in the east and a gradual rise in temperature but will be humid at night and on Sunday morning with a chance of fog or light fog over some western coastal and inland areas.
Light to moderate northwesterly to northeasterly winds will blow, turning to active and dust-stirring at times at 10 to 25 and up to 40 km/h, while the sea will have regular waves in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
Sunday’s weather will be clear to partly cloudy and cloudy at times with a chance of drizzles in the west but will be humid at night and on Monday morning in some coastal areas.
