Dubai-based developer says construction work on all 48 projects remains on track, set to hand over six more projects in 2026 and another 11 in 2027
All projects will be delivered on time as construction work remains on track, said Imran Farooq, CEO of Samana Developers.
“In 2026, Samana Santorini will be the first handover, followed by six other projects this year. Construction remains on track across all 48 projects, and we have no delays,” he said during an interview.
Farooq made the remarks following the handover ceremony of Samana Santorini in Dubai Studio City, which was attended by Majid Saqr Abdullah Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at the Dubai Land Department, along with other senior officials.
Located in Dubai Studio City, Samana Santorini features a total of 157 units, comprising a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

He added that around 80 per cent of buyers are UAE-based – both Emiratis and residents – reflecting continued confidence in the country’s property market despite regional uncertainty.
Looking ahead, the developer plans to complete an additional 11 projects in 2027.
After steadily climbing to become one of the top five highest off-plan sellers in 2025, the company has successfully delivered a wide range of residential and commercial projects, with a clear focus on creating sustainable and elegant living spaces.
The master developer has delivered more than 1,300 units to date.
“Our in-house capabilities are the true foundation of our success. We strongly emphasise that our unique operational independence empowers Samana to deliver cutting-edge developments with zero compromise on structural safety or finish quality. By fully centralising operations and maintaining end-to-end control over the entire construction process, we effectively bypass standard industry bottlenecks to guarantee swift and secure project completion for every buyer,” the Samana CEO added.
