The Dubai Metro faced a technical glitch on Wednesday morning, suspending services at one of the stations.
According to a statement tweeted by Roads and Transport Authority (Dubai), the Metro service at Sharaf DG station was temporarily affected due to a snag and emergency services had arrived at the scene to restore service. Other stations are operating normally.
Please be informed that the Dubai Metro service at Sharaf DG metro station is temporarily affected due to a technical error and work is underway to restore the service at the earliest. All other metro stations are operating normally.
