The 13th Annual GCC GOV HR & Youth Empowerment Awards celebrated leaders driving the region’s human capital and national transformation agendas.
ABU DHABI, UAE – The 13th annual GCC GOV HR & Youth Summit and Awards culminated in a grand ceremony at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi, celebrating the pioneers shaping the future of human capital and governance across the Gulf region. The event, organised by QnA International, gathered over 300 senior leaders, policymakers, and HR professionals to honour exceptional achievements.
Held under the theme “Elevating HR, empowering youth, enabling nations,” the awards spotlighted the region’s strategic shift towards creating more inclusive, technologically advanced, and sustainable workplaces. The ceremony featured a wide range of categories, reflecting the evolving priorities of the modern economy.

Among the top honours, Major General Dr. Saleh Abdullah Murad, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Administrative Affairs at Dubai Police, was recognised as the GOV HR Leader of the Year. In a highlight for youth empowerment, Captain Shaikh Abdulaziz Bin Sultan Bin Abdulla Al Nuaimi, Director of the Excellence Awards Branch at Ajman Police, received the Youth Icon of the Year award.
