The leaked video is making rounds on social media
An obscene video, apparently of renowned playwright and director Khalilur Rehman Qamar, is making rounds on social media.
The video is split into two segments, purportedly featuring Qamar. In the first segment, he’s captured smoking a cigarette near a woman in a secluded room. The second segment displays him fully nude in the same room with the woman.
Prior to this incident, police had arrested the mastermind behind the honey trap targeting Qamar. Hassan Shah, along with his accomplice Rafiq, was apprehended in Peshawar.
Shah is accused of leading a 12-member gang, including women, involved in the scheme.
Qamar recently fell victim to this criminal gang, which reportedly demanded and received ransom for his release.
The gang had threatened to release compromising videos, and the police had already taken 12 suspects into custody related to his abduction.
In a recent statement, the main suspect claimed to possess two videos of Qamar, each approximately an hour and a half long, showing him in intimate situations with the woman who allegedly entrapped him.
