NCM forecasts northwesterly winds and varying sea conditions; humidity levels to fluctuate across the emirates.
Dubai: Residents can expect a generally fair to partly cloudy day across the UAE, with the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) predicting a dip in temperatures, particularly in the evening. The mercury is forecast to drop to a cool 20°C in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
While the weather will remain pleasant, those in western areas may see increased cloud cover at times. The NCM also reported that maximum temperatures across the country could reach up to 30°C.
Wind and Sea Conditions
A light to moderate northwesterly wind is expected to blow, with speeds of 15-25 km/h. These winds could become fresh at times, especially in the west, reaching up to 40 km/h and potentially blowing dust.
Marine conditions will be rough in the Arabian Gulf, while the Oman Sea will see moderate waves that may become rough at times. Mariners and beachgoers are advised to stay updated on the latest alerts.
Humidity Levels
Humidity is set to vary across the emirates. In Abu Dhabi, humidity levels will range between 40 and 85 per cent. In Dubai, the range is slightly lower, fluctuating from 35 to 80 per cent, which could lead to mist formation over some internal areas late at night or early Wednesday morning.
