Pakistan’s young bowling sensation Naseem Shah is looking forward to giving a tough time to mighty Australians with his natural strength.

The 16-years-old bowler from Lahore aims to take wickets of two of the strongest batsmen of Australia, in fact, in the world’s cricket, Steve Smith and David Warner.

“I think Smith and Warner are the two strongest batsmen in Australia’s side. My strength areas will be my priority and I will try to utilize my first-class cricket experience,” Shah said.

After showing his aggressive attitude and focus during the last two tour matches at Perth, Shah is most likely to make debut in the first Pakistan vs Australia Test match, starting from November 21.

“I am confident to make an impact and fulfill my role if I get a chance tomorrow. We have been training here since last week and I think the players gelled and really looking forward to taking on Australians,” he said.

A strong follower of Pakistan’s cricket legends Shoaib Akhtar, Waqar Younis, and Wasim Akram, Shah tries to focus on his game regardless of what the results will be.

“I know about the expectations people have from me but I don’t overthink that. My plan is to play my natural game and give results,” he concluded.

It must be noted here that Shah will be the youngest cricketer to debut on Australian soil if picked. He has played seven first-class games and took 27 wickets at an average of 16.66.
