HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Jupiter’s influence on your birthday will inspire you to raise your sights and go for glory but you must be realistic about what it will take to get from where you are now to where you most want to be. Sacrifices will have to be made.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

There have been times of late when you found it next to impossible to understand why partners and colleagues acted the way they did, but it wasn’t to deliberately annoy you. As from today their behaviour will make sense again, so lighten up!

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

The reason you have not been able to resolve a problem is because you have been unwilling to recognize that it really exists. Stop pretending that everything in the garden is rosy and face up to what needs to be changed in your life.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

For some strange reason you seem to believe that your world could fall apart at any moment – an over-the-top reaction to events that are in no way out of the ordinary. It’s your thoughts that create your reality, so the only thing to fear is fear itself.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Resist the temptation to follow a path that others have trod before you and set off in a new direction instead. The first way may be safer but the planets warn you will be bored in a matter of days. You desperately need a new challenge.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

The deeper you think about an issue the further away the answers seem to get, so take the hint and give your brain a rest. The planets indicate that the less you strive to find a solution today the more likely it is to pop up out of nowhere.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

As one of the zodiac’s Earth signs you tend to believe that the old ways are the best but the planets warn if you don’t come up with new ideas and new methods you could find yourself left behind. In short, the old ways no longer work.

Missed one of your horoscopes? Here are the most recent days’ forecasts

If other people seem determined to take the lead and make decisions for you the best thing you can do is to let them. Almost certainly they have a better grasp of the current situation than you do, so trust them to make the right choices.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Today’s sun-Jupiter links warns that a money matter could come between you and a friend. You may have different ideas about how to maximize your profits but those ideas are not so far apart that you need to go your separate ways. Compromise is possible.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

Resist the temptation to say what you think people want to hear. You may want to avoid stirring up bad feelings but if you keep quiet now there could be consequences later on when your co-workers realize you had the answers but did not share them.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

It may not be possible to be entirely objective about what’s going on but it is possible to accept that other people see the situation from a different perspective. You may not agree with their outlook but understanding it will certainly help.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

You seem to be in one of those moods when you are determined to find reasons not to do anything. Fortunately, Jupiter in the most dynamic area of your chart will help kickstart your sense of purpose and reignite your sense of adventure.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Partnership issues may be a bit sensitive at the moment but the planets indicate it is just a passing phase, so don’t go thinking the worst. And don’t try too hard to make loved ones smile – they’ll get over their sulk when they feel ready.
