HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Although the sun links with Uranus, planet of changes, on your birthday this year don’t go mad and start changing everything. The grass may look greener on the other side of the fence but you will do best if you stick with what you know.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

It seems as if the more you try to do one thing the more you get sidetracked into doing something else. Maybe you should take the hint and focus on that something else for a while. Maybe it’s what the universe wants you to be doing.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

You are not the sort to run away from a fight but it will pay you to avoid conflict between now and the weekend. Why waste time and energy on people whose outlook on life is so narrow they cannot see what is in front of them?

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

You may have your doubts that what you are working on is worth the effort but keep at it, at least until the Sun changes signs at the weekend. You will find that those efforts eventually pay off in happy ways you had not expected.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Try not to be too sensitive about what other people say. They may be entirely wrong in their judgment but it does not matter in the slightest because what occurs over the next few days will change the situation, and their outlook, completely.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

If you are looking for ways to earn some cash you must make sure that any new schemes you get involved with are worth the financial risk. Do you actually need that extra money? Why not make ends meet by cutting back on your spending?

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Don’t be surprised if your employer or a senior colleague goes out of their way to find fault with your performance. Most likely they are trying to divert attention away from their own failings and see you as a potential scapegoat. Don’t let that happen.

Missed one of your horoscopes? Here are the most recent days’ forecasts

You have endured a lot of stresses and strains of late but now there is light at the end of the tunnel and when the Sun moves into your sign at the weekend the world will seem a happier place, for you at least. Look forward to it.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

The more you chase after success the further away it seems to recede, so take the cosmic hint and stop trying so hard. There are going to be more important things to focus on over the next few weeks, all of them more important than your career.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

If your inner voice tells you not to ask questions about what a friend or loved one may be up to you would be smart to heed it. Will uncovering their sins and transgressions make them better people or the world a better place? Of course not.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

No matter how hard you strive you can’t seem to get on top of your workload, which may be frustrating but it’s not the end of the world. You have been in this situation many times before and what happened? Nothing. You’re still here, so don’t fret.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

You need to be alert to the signals that other people are sending you, because if you miss what they are trying to say it could be costly in the long-term. Keep your eyes and ears open, check their body language and always read between the lines.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

The more you try to cheer up a friend the more determined they are to wallow in misery. Your best course of action by far is to let them get on with it. Strange as it may seem they get a kick out of feeling sorry for themselves.
