HOROSCOPES

Cooperation is an absolute must for the coming year. There is only so far you can go on your own and that won’t be enough to satisfy your ambitious nature, so ignore other people’s bad points and focus on the good things you can do together.

Aries (March 21 – April 20):

It may appear as if the world is against you at the moment but that simple isn’t true. The only thing that is actually wrong is that you seem determined to see life through a dark and dreary lens. Try expecting the best instead of the worst.

Taurus (April 21 – May 21):

It may be tempting to say something that makes a friend or relative feel good about themselves but if it isn’t true both they and you will regret it later on. It is essential that you tell it like it is, whatever the short-term consequences might be.

Gemini (May 22 – June 21):

It does not matter if others say you don’t have what it takes to reach your ultimate goal. If you believe you can do it you WILL find a way. Don’t look too far ahead though – focus on the next step only and watch those steps add up.

Cancer (June 22 – July 23):

Try not to get emotional about an issue that will only be resolved by logical thought and careful action. Sometimes you can get so intense about what is important to you that it scares other people away – and you are going to need lots of help.

Leo (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Anyone who attempts to dig up your secrets could be digging a hole for themselves. You are in no mood to humour people who smile at you to your face and then look for ways to hurt you behind your back. Come down on them hard.

Virgo (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

As Saturn moves into your opposite sign partnership matters won’t go as smoothly as you would like them to. Don’t waste your time trying to appease people who get upset easily, just keep a safe distance between you for the next few days.

Libra (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Try not to focus too much on details today because it is the bigger picture that matters. You may think that by fixing a minor mistake everything will come good again but that isn’t going to happen. It’s your perspective that needs changing.

Scorpio (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

Something you have been working on for ages is not going to be the success you had hoped for. Once you accept that it won’t be long before that little lightbulb comes on in your head and an even better idea takes it place.

Sagittarius (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

Don’t worry too much if a friend or loved one says something harsh today because they don’t really mean it. As Saturn moves back into the domestic area of your chart everyone is going to be more touchy than usual. It’s really no big deal.

Capricorn (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

By all means be assertive today but don’t take it too far. Your ruling planet Saturn may be strong at the moment but that does not change the fact that words can hurt as well as heal, so watch what you say and how you say it.

Aquarius (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Something of a financial nature seems to be bothering you but it’s unlikely to be anything you truly need to worry about, so focus your mind on happier matters and don’t be surprised if the situation works itself out by the end of the day.

Pisces (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

If you keep your emotions bottled up now they will come to the surface like lava from a volcano next weekend when there is a lunar eclipse in your sign. Yes, you must stay on top of your feelings, but you also need to acknowledge them.
