Hania Aamir performs her first Umrah on ‘blessed’ Ramazan Friday

Actor took to IG with a carousel post showcasing her pilgrimage to Makkah

Actor Hania Aamir, renowned for her captivating performances in hit dramas such as Mere Humsafar and Ishqiya, has recently captured the attention of fans and followers alike as she embarked on a significant spiritual journey during the holy month of Ramazan.

The beloved actor, adored by fans in both Pakistan and India, made headlines as she travelled to Saudi Arabia to perform her first Umrah, a sacred pilgrimage for Muslims worldwide. Sharing glimpses of her profound experience on her Instagram handle, Hania expressed gratitude on what she described as a “blessed Friday,” marking the 11th day of Ramazan.

Donning a skin-colored abaya, Hania exuded serenity and reverence as she posed within the sacred precincts of Masjid al-Haram, the Grand Mosque in Makkah. Joining millions of Muslims in observing this holy ritual, the actor documented her journey with heartfelt captions and captivating visuals, capturing the essence of her spiritual quest.

Throughout her pilgrimage, the 27-year-old shared intimate moments of reflection from her hotel room, where she contemplated the significance of the journey. In one brief video clip, the actor can be seen pinning down her headscarf before heading out.

Last month, Hania marked her big birthday bash, hosting various bigwigs from showbiz. The Aquarius star, born on February 12, took to Instagram with carousel posts, much to delight of her fans and showcased how much Hania’s friends appreciate her.

The first series of slides displayed a cruise of sorts on which Hania and her friends embarked. Industry luminaries like Ahad Raza Mir, Yashma Gill, Aashir Wajahat, Tapu Javeri, Wardha Saleem, and Umar Khan (Ukhano) were in attendance to celebrate the star’s big day.

In the next post, Hania thanked Yashma for pulling up with “the cutest surprise”, which seemed like a nod to the fact that a surprise party was held for Hania, hosted by Yashma. A glittery wall ornated the first slide of the carousel post. In the second slide, a video of Yashma ushering Hania in for her surprise could be seen. The star was greeted by a sea of people singing “Happy Birthday” for her.
