In the video, Mahira is seen dancing with joy, reflecting her love for music. Neelofer, a touching story about a writer and a blind woman falling in love, stars Mahira alongside Fawad Khan. Directed by Ammar Rassol, the film was released earlier this year.
Reflecting on her love for music, Mahira shared, “I realized this recently – I don’t think anything in the world makes me escape as quickly as music does.”
She explained that while she was sorting through old videos, she was reminded of how dancing to music always brings her joy, even during tough times. “Even on days when my heart is breaking or I’m feeling sad… a song can take me somewhere else. Make me happy for that moment,” she revealed.
Mahira also mentioned how her spontaneous dance moments are sometimes captured by those around her. “Sometimes my makeup artist, my friends, my husband… they might find it sweet or funny and record me,” she noted
