1,202 private companies violated Emiratisation policies by illegally hiring 1,963 citizens

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) confirms that its monitoring system has detected 1,202 private companies for violating Emiratisation policies by attempting to circumvent the Emiratisation targets and non-real Emiratisation from mid-2022 until 14 March 2024. These companies hired 1,963 UAE nationals falsely, Mohre added.  
In the statement issued by the Ministry, it said, “Our inspection team has successfully identified 1,202 private companies that have hired 1963 UAE nationals illegally through attempting to circumvent Emiratisation targets and engaging in Fake Emiratisation from mid-2022 till 14 March 2024.”
It also stresses that harmful practices that aim to undermine Emiratisation commitments will be dealt with firmly and according to the law.
