The “Al Solh Khair” initiative, spearheaded by the Sharjah Police, has yielded notable outcomes. During the year 2024, the initiative successfully returned sums amounting to over Dhs32 million to their rightful owners.
This accomplishment reflects a significant milestone in the command’s endeavours to resolve disputes and financial disagreements among parties without the need for judicial intervention.
The initiative was successful in achieving reconciliation in 874 reports, thereby enhancing its pivotal role in achieving a cohesive environment based on dialogue and understanding.
In 2024, the ‘Al Solh Khair” initiative yielded notable outcomes, contributing to the recovery of Dhs32,943,920 through amicable reconciliation between disputing parties.
This outcome reflects the Sharjah Police’s commitment to achieving justice through innovative methods that emphasise the principles of cooperation and responsibility.
This initiative is a pioneering model for resolving disputes amicably and away from the courts, Brigadier General Yousef Obaid Bin Hurmoul, Deputy Director General of the General Administration of Comprehensive Police Stations said.
In addition, it contributes to protecting rights and strengthening ties between the parties, and enhances constructive dialogue among members of society, he added.
